Background
I am a PhD student in Epidemiology at UNT Health Science Center, with a focus on cognitive aging, acculturation stress. My work centers on community-engaged research that uplifts immigrant voices and informs equitable public health solutions. As Caucus Director-Elect for the Asian & Pacific Islander Caucus for Public Health (APIC), I am committed to strengthening representation of Asian and Pacific Islander communities in research, practice, and policy. I joined APIC to build bridges between community partners, students, and public health leaders, and this term I hope to advance mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful community-driven initiatives.
