Background
Jay joined APIC board in 2023 as the Membership Director, and has stayed on board for a second term as the current Treasurer in response to the current federal administration’s attacks on public health and healthcare. He manages APIC’s operations and finances to ensure that the Caucus can continue to promote AAPI health, advocate for public health policy, and build pipelines within public health. Jay has an MPH from UC Irvine (with an emphasis in Biostatistics) and currently works to support health research at UCLA Health.
